Shipping and logistics

We export fresh-cut flowers from Nairobi (JKIA) to customers worldwide using trusted airline and logistics partners experienced in handling perishables.

From our partner farms> Our consolidation Cold rooms> to aircraft, our flowers stay in a controlled cold-chain environment so they arrive fresh, hydrated, and in excellent condition.

We ship on fixed dispatch days from Nairobi with clear order cut-off times. Typical transit time is 1–2 days from departure to arrival, depending on destination.

We use standard export flower boxes (quarter, half, and full boxes), carefully packed and labelled by variety, length, and quantity for safe and efficient transport.

Freight is calculated based on destination, box volume/weight, and current airline rates. Customers can request a tailored shipping quote for each order.

Penzi Flora arranges air freight and export documentation from Nairobi. Customers handle import duties, VAT, local clearance, and any last-mile delivery in their country.

Once shipped, customers receive flight details, AWB number, and expected arrival times, with proactive updates in case of any delays.

If there are damages or quality concerns on arrival, customers can share photos and details within a set timeframe(Usually 12hrs upon Arrival) so we can investigate and agree on a fair resolution.
